Relations with partners

and other contractual counterparts

Relationships with partners and contractual counterparts are held in compliance
with the fundamental principles set out in this Code and the applicable legal regulations.

The activities vis-à-vis the contractual counterparts must comply with the principles of honesty,
loyalty, availability and transparency, and must be supported by the criteria of competence,
professionalism, dedication and efficiency. In developing initiatives with partners, compliance
with the principles expressed in this Code must be observed. In particular, it is due to:

→ establish relationships only with partners who enjoy a respectable
reputation, who are engaged only in legitimate activities and whose
corporate ethical culture is in line with the values of SERECO SRL;

→ ensure the transparency of agreements and avoid signing pacts
or agreements contrary to the law;

→ maintain transparent and collaborative relationships with partners;

→ promptly report to his or her supervisor or the control bodies
of SERECO SRL any behavior of the partner that appears contrary

to the ethical principles set forth in this Code.
