Relations

with public entities

The relationships of SERECO SRL with representatives of political
institutions, trade unions, officials and bodies of the Public
Administration as well as regulatory authorities of any country
in which SERECO SRL may operate are based on the principles
of integrity, transparency, correctness and are limited to the functions
regularly authorized, in compliance with the strictest observance
of the provisions of law and regulations.

The recipients involved in these relationships must refrain from
any behavior - even if they are not of criminal relevance - that can be
interpreted as an undue influence, actual or potential, on the activities
of the aforementioned institutions and bodies.

SERECO SRL undertakes therefore not to offer, directly or through
intermediaries, sums of money or assets aimed at promoting and
favoring its own interests. The recipients of this code cannot disregard
the aforementioned prohibition by resorting to different forms of aid or
contributions - such as, but not limited to, sponsorships, consultancies,
tasks - which have the same purposes as indicated above.

SERECO SRL in relations with national,

EU and international institutions,
undertakes to:

→ establish, without any kind
of discrimination, stable channels

of communication with all the

institutional interlocutors involved
in carrying out their activities;

→ represent personal interests and

positions in a transparent, rigorous
and coherent manner, avoiding

collusive attitudes.
