High behavioral ethics

To comply with the mission of SERECO SRL, and to respect the values in which it believes,
all its employees and collaborators must be inspired by the legislation of the countries
in which SERECO SRL operates and at the highest levels of moral conduct.

In this regard, the following behaviors are expressly prohibited:

→ Abuse and trade of alcohol or drugs: during working activity
and in workplaces, it is forbidden to work under the influence
of alcohol, drugs or similar. Similarly, the transport

of the aforementioned substances is strictly forbidden,
even for personal use only.

→ Possession of pornographic material: it is forbidden to hold,
on computer or paper media, at the offices or premises
of the Company any type of pornographic material,

or to proceed with the diffusion through a possible website,
the e-mail address of the Company or in another way.

→ Get paid sexual services in cash or in kind. It is absolutely
forbidden - both in the workplace or in similar environments
- to obtain sexual services for cash compensation or favors

in kind or otherwise to assume other personal behaviors
from which reputational damage can occur to the Company.
It is also forbidden to keep any type of behavior
that facilitates the exploitation of prostitution.

→ Maintain any kind of behavior that limits the freedom
and dignity of others.

→ Keep behaviors that allow illegal entry, in countries
where SERECO SRL operates, of adults or minors.

→ Engaging or expressing favor for activities aimed
at subverting public order in any way
(such as war activities, mafia-like activities, etc.)
