Development
SERECO SRL protects and promotes the development of human
resources, making available to the recipients specific training tools,
both inside and outside their own structures. In the selection and
management of its personnel, SERECO SRL adopts criteria of merit,
competence and assessment of individual skills and potential and offers
all recipients equal opportunities on equal terms, avoiding any form
of discrimination based on racial, cultural, ideological, sexual, physical
or religious factors.
The recipients are invited to continuously take care of their training
and their professional updating, in order to constantly increase
the contribution they have given to the Company, thus contributing
to the maintenance and improvement of the good reputation of SERECO
SRL. In this perspective, collaboration among colleagues should be
constantly improved, both horizontally and vertically, as a factor
of promoting efficiency and professionalism.
Health & Safety
The Company implements all the measures necessary
for the protection of the health and physical integrity of its employees,
adopting all the most appropriate measures for the constant
improvement of safety and healthiness in the workplace
SERECO SRL also conforms to current regulations regarding safety
and hygiene at work. Each recipient is required to pay the utmost
attention in carrying out his / her activities, strictly observing all safety
and prevention measures, in order to avoid any possible risk for himself,
for his colleagues and collaborators.
