Relations

with the Corporate Bodies

The management of SERECO SRL within the limits established
by current regulations, provides timely and complete information,
clarifications, data and documentation required by the control bodies,
by the auditors (where present) and, in general, by those subjects
to whom the right to obtain information concerning the Company
is recognized.

Relations with suppliers

SERECO SRL pursues a fair and impartial selection of its suppliers,
aimed exclusively at the constant improvement of the quality / price
ratio of the supply in its favor.

Consequently, the recipients involved
in the purchase must abstain from any kind
of favoritism or discrimination and observe a
balanced and irreproachable behavior, avoiding any

pressure from suppliers intended to offer undue
advantages; in case of doubt about the behavior
to be followed, the hierarchical superior or the
responsible of the relative department.
