Computer system

As regards the management of information systems, the general prohibition on recipients of:

→ put in place, collaborate or give cause to the conduct of behaviors such
as to integrate the types of offenses envisaged by art. 24bis d.lgs. 231/2001,
as subsequently identified and enunciated;

→ also to put in place, collaborate in the implementation of behaviors that,
although they are such as not to constitute in themselves types of crime

falling within those mentioned above, can potentially become.

In accordance with the corporate procedures, employees, internal or external collaborators,
as identified above, are obliged to:
→ comply with all current regulatory provisions and the conditions

of the license agreements signed by the organization;
→ to establish a correct, transparent behavior in the use

of any means or IT system;

→ avoid spreading own password and access code;

→ always use only own password and access code;

→ likewise, to report, at any time, any violation concerning access
or use of magnetic or computer systems.
